We gave RD a call to have a generator hookup installed. They came out the next day for a bid. When we called to accept the bid and schedule, they came out within a day or two. Shane did excellent work and was careful to explain to us how to hook the generator up to use. He made sure it was all working properly before he left. His work was neat and he left the area clean. He also quickly showed me how to fix my jetted tub pump. We couldn't have been more pleased with a company and it's service! Highly recommend!

These guys made time to look over the job the day I called and job was completed by the next day. Great group of guys and extremely efficient. Excellent work, trustworthy and would recommend to anyone without hesitation. Hands down the best contractor experience I've had in years.

They are very responsive when called, and did a great job for me. Everything was explained before work was started and they gave very good instructions on how everything worked when finished. Great company and I highly recommend them.

If you’re looking for an electrician who is knowledgeable, responsive and prompt, RD Electric is the company. Josh also made sure my chandelier was centered, the correct height after he installed the electrical. Our floor electrical box is perfectly hidden, too! You won’t be disappointed. Customer service at its finest.

Josh was the electrician RD Electric sent to our house. The electric line to our range was not providing a full 240-volts to the appliance, leaving it inoperable. It was determined that the power was good from the panel but dropping on the line to the range. Ugh! We needed a new line. I was impressed with how fast Josh and his apprentice ran the new through our attic and down an exterior wall. Our range is now working! They also hung our range hood fans, two ceiling fans, and three light fixtures. They were very clean and even hauled the boxes and packaging materials away. I would highly recommend RD Electric and Josh if you are in the Moscow/Pullman area. Five Stars!

First off, I was having a difficult time to get a generator hookup Bid/installation at my house. Having called several local (4) electricians in the valley to not only give me a bid on this but to follow through on a single bid, which never happened. These gentlemen had no issue when I called them, came over the same day and gave me a bid on the spot and then literally gave me a day and time they were going to do it a couple days later and it was done. Shane my technician was great to work with, super fast, made everything look very clean and neat of which I appreciated. Though it was a smaller job they had no issue taking it and getting it done in a timely manner. To finally get this taken care of after almost 2 years trying to get a single bid on it. They came out one day and two days later it was done how can you beat that?

I had an another business Recommend This company to me. I called them in a situation that required some Immediate care. They responded Within 24 hours the problem was fixed. I remember vividly asking them just to take care of me. And they took care of me better than I ever could expected. My expectations were that the problem was gonna be about $3500. My whole bill was less than 900. I am so very happy. Because they could’ve taken advantage but nonetheless were very responsible. Thank you again I’ll be using them in the future.

Great experience! I needed a few inspection report items completed within a reasonable time. RD Electric responded quickly and scheduled an appointment for my requests promptly. Pricing was great compared to other quotes in the surrounding area. The technician arrived on time and finished the job efficiently!

We had a little emergency to fix electrical to run our outside Christmas display and the Christmas tours started the very next day. They dropped everything and came and took care of us to get everything up and running. RD is a great place to have electrical done . We have used them in the past . They do awesome work

I haven't had power in my bathroom for 7 months.... This whole time I couldn't afford someone to come over or rather I thought I couldn't.
I was recommended by someone over the phone I can't remember exactly who, But I called they came over I got power back in all of my house and it took under an hour.
The technician was very polite very kind and very quick.

You can always depend and count on RD Electric to do an outstanding job! They are efficient and respectful of your home and property. They wired our new home, cleaned up electrical issues in a guest house, and did a generator for us. Each job was done to meet and exceed our expectations. Very reliable!
